Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Fareham (Whiteley)
Salary: £28000 - £35000pa (Negotiable DOE)
Commission: Climbing scheme, starting at 25% increasing to 35%
FIND are a recruitment business that services the Human Capital market. We recruit in L&D, Education, Technology Training, Employability and Professional Services.
What will you be doing?
You'll be working in our Professional Services practice. This team recruits across all our divisions, placing Finance, Accounting, HR, Talent & Support roles into our amazing clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter to come into a very warm desk & expand our market share in this huge market.

1. Sales experience - you'll have some experience in a B2B sales environment.
