What will I be doing?
As a General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the pub you run!
You’ll take pride in all aspects of building a winning restaurant.
· You’ll be an inspiring leader with a ‘lead from the front’ approach. You’ll mentor all team members to develop, nurturing and growing talent, helping them to reach personal goals within the business.
· You’ll be driven to achieve and exceed targets such as guest satisfaction, food & drink GP, kitchen cleanliness standards, high restaurant standards, service standards, etc.
· You’ll have an organised approach to business management and health and safety compliance
· You’ll develop and execute new and ongoing ideas, ensuring that every aspect of our pubs is aligning with our dedication to positive guest and team-focused dining
