We are seeking a skilled and driven Paid Social Lead to take ownership of developing, planning, and executing paid social strategies for a range of B2B and B2C clients. This role requires a creative and data-focused professional who is passionate about understanding audiences and delivering impactful campaigns using insights and innovative ideas. You will also provide mentorship to team members, fostering growth and ensuring optimal campaign results. As a key contributor to the digital team, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and junior colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences and establish best practices in paid social advertising. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and KPIs. Oversee the performance of the paid social team, providing mentorship, setting KPIs, and ensuring exceptional outputs. Work with clients to establish KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is closely monitored against goals. Conduct competitor research and utilize insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with clients on pitches, performance calls, and reporting to foster strong relationships and trust. Provide guidance and support to direct reports, enhancing their contributions and skillsets. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in social media to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns. Ensure campaigns deliver exceptional results by optimizing performance and conducting regular reviews. Present detailed advertising plans backed by data and industry insights to clients. Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in paid social or a related digital marketing field. Proven expertise in managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent qualification is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and professional development. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to build client confidence and foster long-term relationships. A passion for digital marketing and a solutions-focused mindset.
