Job Title: Multi-skilled Shift Engineer – Plumbing bias Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex Package: £41,000 Training package Working Hours: 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing bias Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a large commercial building based in East Grinstead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company, with scope to develop and learn further building services. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing & heating systems. Carry out PPM and repair tasks relating to pipework, showers, taps, radiators, pumps, AHU’s, calorifiers & more. Assist with occasional maintenance checks and repairs on fire alarms, sprinklers and other basic electrical Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Level 2 equivalent or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing/Heating Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role. Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and regulations. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
