Key Responsibilities:
* Lead finance transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing financial systems, processes, and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and senior leadership to design and implement digital solutions for finance.
* Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement in processes, technology adoption, and operational performance.
* Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms.
* Manage stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of transformation projects.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to finance teams on new processes and technologies.
* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
* Qualified ACCA / ACMA / ACA finance professional
* Proven experience in a finance transformation or similar role, with a strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and technologies.
* Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering finance transformation projects on time and within budget.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
* Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead data-driven initiatives.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
