The Role
Are you ready to be a key player in driving sales success? As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you’ll play an integral role across multiple business offerings, supporting our dynamic sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and Organise: Provide essential administrative support to our sales teams, accurately recording new orders in our system and ensuring every detail is correct for smooth processing.
2. Streamline: Coordinate post-sales information, making sure the data is captured for seamless follow-up and working closely with the finance team to ensure invoices are accurate and raised in a timely manner.
3. Collaborate: Build strong working relationships with the sales teams and customers to ensure everyone is aligned and informed, keeping the flow of information clear and accurate.
4. Report: Take charge of reporting essential sales metrics, ensuring that insights are delivered on time and with accuracy.
5. Be Proactive: Tackle any queries or concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, whether via email or phone - putting the needs of the customer at the fore.
6. Adapt: Take on additional tasks and special projects as they arise, contributing to a variety of initiatives that help our business thrive and contribute to your overall growth and development.
Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role within a fast-moving, high-energy environment is ideal but not essential. Attitude is key to success with this role!
2. Educated to degree level.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling multiple tasks, ensuring priorities are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
4. Be comfortable acting on your own initiative, solving problems before they arise, and actively support your team to drive outstanding results.
5. A solid understanding of Excel and Word – you know your way around these tools to get things done efficiently.
6. A willingness to learn and the flexibility to tackle new challenges with a positive mindset.
7. Comfortable with technology and can quickly adapt to new software and systems that help the business run smoothly.
8. Lazer focused on details, keeping everything in order, ensuring no task is overlooked and deadlines are met.
9. Strong communicator; clear, confident, and professional – both written and verbal.
