Job Summary
We are searching for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Lifeguard / Leisure Assistant teams.
In this dynamic, hands-on role, no two days are the same. You will:
* Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer
* Be the vigilant lifeguard, ensuring the safety of all swimmers
* Set up our facilities and equipment for events and customer use
* Keep everything clean, safe, and presentable
Benchmarked against public operators in Scotland as a Leisure Assistant for EDLCT you will be one of the highest earners for that role across Scotland.

No experience is needed! However, our ideal candidate will be:
* A competent swimmer
* Confident and professional in communicating with diverse groups of people
* Able to work well both independently and within a team
* Quick to learn and follow all pool safety standards and procedures
* While a valid NPLQ is desirable, we offer Lifeguard Training if you don’t have one. However, the candidate must pass the NPLQ before commencing employment.
We have a number of posts available ranging from 14 hours per week up to 37 hours per week. All work patterns will be fully disclosed at interview or can be requested prior to the day.

Meet our team at the Leisuredrome Saturday 29th March 2025 from 08:30 to 16:00 for an interview and water test. Due to limited spaces available on the day, we will contact you to reserve your slot. Please complete the application form.
