Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and direct contact to engage prospects. Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate records and smooth lead progression. Engage with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn, securing calls and meetings. Research and deliver tailored sales presentations in collaboration with the EMEA Sales Team. Support the development of a robust sales strategy for market penetration across key retail verticals (grocery, convenience, hardware, FMCG retail, and more). Drive prospecting for new leads in UK and international markets aligned with EMEA growth plans. Work alongside the Head of Sales to define and execute demand generation strategies. Build strong strategic relationships with prospects and third parties, ensuring the client is positioned as a leader in the space. What They Are Looking For Proven success in a similar sales development or lead generation role. Fluency in English and another language (Ideally French or German) – essential for engaging across EMEA. Experience in POS, loyalty, retail tech, or payments is a plus but not required. A tenacious, resilient, and patient approach to sales development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to speak the language of modern retail and understand retailer challenges. Ability to self-motivate and drive sales through all prospecting stages. A keen sense of financial acumen and the ability to grasp commercial concepts quickly.
