We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Sales Administrator. In return, you be offered: Up to £35,000 basic salary Monday to Friday (No weekend work) A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career development and progression Key Requirements: Previous recent experience in estate agency essential Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Streets is a plus) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (particularly Facebook) Key Responsibilities: Create window cards for property listings Manage board orders Compile property details and upload them to online portals Send out valuation reports and follow up on terms of business with clients Compile files and front sheets for properties Send sales memos to all parties involved in transactions Manage Spectre/touting tasks to generate leads Post regular updates on social media, primarily Facebook Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ID regulations Liaise with Niche to book photos and floorplans for properties Organise Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and other marketing compliance documents Book mortgage surveys and coordinate related activities Assist with basic sales progression tasks Take minutes at morning and monthly team meetings Handle staff holiday requests and absence management Organise and coordinate training sessions for team members
