The team offers some of the most comprehensive real estate finance services in EMEA. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join this growing and successful business. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment, evidencing strong communication skills and having an excellent understanding of financial modelling. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a busy workload and have excellent written and presentation. Responsibilities - Project managing the execution of an engagement and effectively leading the day-to-day running of transactions, supporting senior members of the team and supervising Analysts and Senior Analysts - Leading the production of market-leading marketing collateral such as financing memorandums and pitch documents - Supervise and assist in building complex financial models, acting as a guide and quality control point for more junior members of the team - Analysing, comparing and presenting financing options - Proactively managing all client and lenders follow-ups and information requests - Participating in meetings and/or conference calls to provide updates on transaction progress - Provide on-job coaching and development to junior team members as well as appraisal and mentoring - Actively support business development activities using your own network as well as participating in existing business development programmes and key client account coverage - Keep up to date with the latest industry developments, monitor daily news bulletins and update team on relevant sector news - Act in accordance with our values at all times.
