Junior Quality Administrator Location - Manchester Immediate start - rolling contract Rate - Up to £15 per hour DOE I am currently looking for a detail oriented Junior Quality Administrator, The is an entry level position and is ideal for somebody starting their career in Quality Assurance or Administration. You will play a key role in supporting quality systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date as well as learning and helping to maintain compliance to industry standards. Your Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records for HVAC installations, servicing, and manufacturing Help track non-conformances, data analysis, and customer feedback Support the preparation and follow-up of internal audits and external inspections Ensure job files, certificates, and maintenance records are filed and accessible Input and update data in QM systems Support the Quality Manager in administrative tasks and reporting Participate in toolbox talks and training sessions related to quality and safety Skills and Requirements: Strong organisational and administrative skills High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams (e.g., engineers, installers, admin staff) Basic understanding of quality or compliance is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Willingness to learn about HVAC systems, procedures, and quality standards Education and Experience: High school GCSE grades 4 or above or equivalent required Previous admin or office experience is an essential Training or certification in quality or HVAC is a plus Mercury Hampton is an international Search and Selection consultancy offering performance, recruitment and culture services across STEM markets
