Our client, a successful supply chain specialist based in Essex, is actively seeking a Part-Time HR/People Manager to deliver HR operations while acting as the SME on all people-related matters. You will work with senior stakeholders within the business, supporting HR policies, optimizing processes, and implementing a positive work culture.

3. Performance Management
4. HR Compliance and Policies
5. HR Administration & Payroll Coordination
6. Stakeholder Management
Candidates will have strong hands-on experience in HR operations and good knowledge of compliance and employment law. While a HR qualification isn't a necessity, it would be advantageous.
This role is a part-time, permanent position that will require office presence for 3 days a week at the Basildon office.
