Job Advert Role Description
Due to limits on sponsorship allocations, we are not currently in a position to offer sponsorship to new candidates for these roles, this remains under review.
The successful candidate needs to be essentially an accredited therapist (or due to be accredited within a year) (HCPC/BACP/UKCP) with experience of eating disorders.
The successful candidate needs to have experience of working as a therapist with eating disorders. Ideally we would like a therapist who has some training in eating disorders (for example, MANTRA, CBT-E). We are looking for a therapist to join our small, but extremely experienced, team of ED and Addiction Therapists for a minimum of 30 hours; with the option also for full time.
The successful candidate would work as part of a highly experienced a multi-disciplinary team with low risk and privately funded eating disorder clients. The candidate would be expected to deliver group and individual therapy for our clients who are on a 28 day (or longer) programme. Case load would also consist of ward rounds, support groups and outpatient therapy. Life Works is a unique service where clients come to receive high quality therapy and Nursing care in their early stages of recovery; within a therapeutic and community inspired environment.
