We are looking for a bright and future-minded soul to join our Talent team, a key part of our People team, as Talent Partner, as we enter an exciting phase of growth at Exclaimer. This role reports to our Head of Talent and will be a key member of our Talent team.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as Talent advisor to develop and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Continuously source talent options and build networks for hiring today and in the future, while building diversity into Exclaimer’s talent pools.
* Contribute to building Exclaimer’s Employer Brand.
* Contribute to improving Exclaimer’s Talent strategy and processes.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
* +3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS and/or tech environment; SaaS scale-up experience desirable.
* Advanced sourcing experience: Ability to be creative and ingenious when resourcing passive candidates.
* DE&I experience: Ability to engage and attract a diverse talent pool.
* Employer Brand experience: Ability to contribute to developing new and meaningful Employer Brand initiatives.
* Experience supporting managers in terms of decision-making processes and translating business and team needs into role and competency descriptions.
* Great customer management skills with the ability to influence optimal strategies and practices.
