LAW Absolute is currently working with a market leading International Law Firm whose non - contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team is currently looking to recruit an associate solicitor to join them on an interim contract basis for at least 3-6 months. The role is to start asap.
The position has come about while the team recruit permanently.
This is a varied and exciting role.
The team act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, creditors and other businesses on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. you will ideally have experience in debt restructurings including, special situations, contingency scenarios and security issues. You will also have insolvency experience. the team also work on non contentious matters like administrations and liquidation processes as well as advising on receivership appointments, and distressed debt situations.
Knowledge and understanding of general banking is also advantageous.

The role is based in Birmingham. Candidates based in the midlands close to or within commuting distance of Birmingham centre are encouraged to apply.
