ABOUT THE ROLE
The responsibility of the Compliance and Network Quality Manager is to ensure and maintain a high level of publisher quality, and compliance, across our networks.
As part of the UK Publisher Team, you will work closely with the wider Account Management Teams and International Publisher Teams to monitor affiliate activity, ensuring best practices are maintained and our network terms are being adhered to.
The successful candidate should have the skills to confidently take ownership of the compliance function which maintains our network of premium affiliates.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice
* Manage publisher screening and auditing for payment – handling compliance and payments within UK, US, Nordics, IE, AU, PT
* Open and lead thorough compliance investigations ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed
* Supervise network compliance tools to monitor paid search ads for hijacks, brand bidding and trademark violations
* Report on compliance functions including publisher suspensions
* Handle publisher account breaches according to the compliance workflows
* Manage publisher communications internally and externally for compliance issues/topics
* Effectively execute methods to support the growth of suitable publishers with relevant advertisers across the network
* Monitor compliance trends across all networks ensuring Account Management Teams and International Publisher Teams are kept updated on any trends and devise steps to mitigate
* Develop and implement additional features/processes to assist with combatting the types of compliance or user issues that occur

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks
* Vigilance when conducting and following processes
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High level computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* Demonstrable experience of working in a compliance or credit control role
* Ability to follow processes whilst being agile
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Affiliate Marketing experience
* Fluent in another European language (preferred Spanish, German, French or Italian)

* Working hours: 40 per week
* Working days: Monday – Friday
* Job location: 3 days Bristol Office (Mon, Thu, +1 other day), 2 days working from home
