As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students facing a variety of complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You'll also provide support to children with conditions like ADHD, communication difficulties, Down syndrome, and other speech, language, and communication needs.

Salary: £460 - £500 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

Responsibilities:
1. Support students with mental health, social, emotional, and behavioural needs on a one-to-one and group basis.
2. Work closely with the school's Clinical team to implement tailored strategies that promote student well-being and emotional development.
3. Assist students with ADHD, autism, and communication challenges in a supportive, inclusive environment.
4. Foster a safe and positive learning space that encourages personal growth and emotional resilience.
5. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust approaches as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
1. A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Psychology or Criminology) or prior experience supporting SEN students.
2. A passion for mental health, autism, and working with children who have SEMH needs.
3. A keen interest in various learning and behavioural needs, and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives.
4. The ability to reliably commute to Bedford.
