Today we work with over 500 advertisers across the world. About this role We’re looking for a Sales Strategist to join our Front Office Sales team. The role works to ensure that Ozone is continually building deeper partnerships with some of the UK’s biggest advertisers, by producing best in class, custom solutions. You will have strong planning experience and the ability to create long term partnerships for agencies and brands-direct based on data-led insights, in order to help brands meet their marketing goals. Responsibilities Working with the agency and client sales team to develop custom partnerships and/or long term solutions for advertisers, both proactively and in response to specific briefs You’ll create the output (presentations, plans etc.) that brings to life the custom solution based on advertiser-specific challenges, with a strong focus on insight and storytelling You’ll present your solutions to senior clients and stakeholders Lead strategic conversations in collaboration with the relevant point people, acting as the expert in terms of insight, audience targeting, format recommendations and measurement You’ll liaise with Ozone’s creative partner to ensure creative execution and format selection both meets the needs of the client but also continually evolves Ozone’s creative playbook You’ll have a strong knowledge of the Ozone ecosystem to educate clients in their strategic approaches, including how they can utilise data, gather insight and use of evolving advertising formats Create insights one pagers and presentations, be it for seasonal events or key verticals, to be circulated externally by agency and client teams Own and, where required, maintain strategic resources including sales asset library (internal and external materials), product one pagers and vertical deep dives Required experience/ skills We’re looking for someone with experience in digital media/marketing at a media agency, tech company/platform or with a media partner You’ll have experience in delivering fully customised digital media solutions and long term strategies You’ll have ample experience with Excel/Google Sheets, with knowledge of pivot tables and creating graphs Strong skills and cability to produce clear and aesthetically pleasing presentations (be it in Google Slides or PowerPoint) A confident presenter with a strong sense of storytelling You’ll be proactive About the process We aim to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and we are committed to building a team that reflects a wide variety of skills, perspectives and backgrounds.
