The company is seeking an ambitious intern to join the team on a 3-month contract, with the potential for full-time employment. Administrative Support • Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and paperwork related to artists. • Handle scheduling for meetings, calls, and appointments with artists, labels, and other industry professionals. • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or other documents as needed. 2. Artist Liaison • Communicate with artists regarding their schedules, deliverables, and needs. • Assist with day-to-day communication between the artists and their teams (e.g., PR, booking agents, labels). 5. A&R (Artist and Repertoire) Research • Research up-and-coming artists, music trends, and potential new clients for the company. • Stay updated on the latest releases and industry news to provide insights to the management team. • Help scout new talent or assist with A&R meetings. 6. Public Relations and Media Support • Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and pitches for press and PR campaigns. • Track press coverage and compile media reports for the team and artists. • Coordinate with PR agencies or directly with media outlets for coverage, interviews, and features. 7. Client and Industry Relations • Support the team in maintaining relationships with industry partners such as labels, distributors, booking agents, and promoters. • Attend industry events or showcases when needed to represent the company and network. 8. Music Data Analysis • Track artist performance on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) and compile reports. • Analyze social media metrics and streaming data to provide insights to management on artist growth. • Stay informed about emerging tools and platforms for artist promotion and data tracking. 9. Project Management • Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for releases, from recording sessions to marketing rollouts. • Keep track of deadlines for music releases, promotional activities, and other key events. • Collaborate with various departments (art, marketing, PR) to ensure smooth execution of projects. 10. General Support for the Management Team • Help with ad-hoc tasks that arise during artist campaigns or general company operations. • Assist with brainstorming sessions for new ideas and strategies for artist growth. • Provide general support during artist meetings, album releases, or performances.
