Main duties of the job This Programme Assistant Intern is responsible for: Providing administrative support to enable programme outputs. Using their knowledge and experience to enhance programme outputs. Developing and delivering content to support NHS organisations workforce supply and the Armed Forces community. They will: Support NHS organisations to embed Step into Health into workforce supply, inclusive recruitment and widening participation agendas. Support members of the Armed Forces community to access employment and training opportunities within the NHS. Gain broad experience of workforce supply and/or staff experience from an NHS Employers perspective. Increase their knowledge of the structure of the NHS, the roles available and the routes into employment. Gain general work-based experience to support future employment applications.
