Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
* Prepare and label medications for patients in accordance with hospital policies.
* Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking medications.
* Provide support in managing pharmaceutical supplies for wards and departments.
* Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and received.
* Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Adhere to all safety and quality standards, following legal and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
