Our client is seeking a confident and experienced administrator to join a successful company. The role is office based and there will be some flexibility to work from home. There may be an opportunity to become a property manager in the future.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing maintenance/service contracts for various blocks of flats.
2. Undertaking site inspections, reporting on any areas of concern, and arranging any necessary minor repairs.
3. Assisting the Property Manager with coordinating repairs, maintenance, fire remedial works, and updating fire risk assessments.
4. Maintaining appropriate files and records for the Company and supplying copies to clients when requested.
5. Booking meeting venues, preparing Notices, and arranging distribution as required.
6. Updating the Outstanding Issues spreadsheet and following up on various issues by liaising with contractors, clients, and residents.
7. Assisting the Property Managers in preparing service charge budgets.
8. Creating monthly income and expenditure reports to be sent to clients.
9. Creating monthly update reports to be sent to clients.
10. Answering the phone, filing, scanning, photocopying, and shredding as required.
