About the role:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Customer Logistics Director EMEA to lead the growth of the EMEA Customer Logistics/O2C function and build collaborative retailer partnerships. As part of the successful growth, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing processes that ensure service excellence and cost reduction. This role will lead and grow our customer logistics and order management teams across EMEA, you’ll be comfortable working at pace and passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead EMEA Customer Logistics/O2C Strategy: Oversee the design and delivery of the order management activity through a passionate and diverse team, focused on action, ownership, and delivery.
* The role across the next 6-12 months: Focus on driving excellence across the customer service and logistics function, reviewing best practices and setting the foundations for successful growth, developing a people-focused culture as well as customer partnerships.
* Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Retailer Partnerships: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key retailers across EMEA driving operational efficiency and cost improvements.
* Process Optimisation & Reporting: Standardise and drive improvements across O2C function and reviewing reporting quality to enable data-driven decisions to enhance service, customer visibility, and quality.
What You’ll Bring:
* Highly experienced in leading Customer Logistics/Customer Supply/O2C strategy, setting best practices across European/EMEA regions within a multi-channel environment.
* Passionate, people leader leading through coaching and mentorship, with a growth mindset and strong bias for action.
* Track record in delivering cost-to-serve and OTIF initiatives with a relentless approach to delivering world-class service.
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, building and developing relationships internally and with retailers.
