Due to practice growth, we are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our friendly dental practice in Newland Avenue, Hull.
20 hours across 2 full days and alternate Saturday mornings.

Receptionist Role and Responsibilities
You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Your role will include:
1. Supporting patient choice and providing information about products and services
2. Conducting system reviews to identify and action issues e.g., missed appointments
3. Using the appointment booking system and managing diaries
4. Money management, including transmitting electronic claims daily
5. Updating and protecting patient information

3. Ability to use IT and operate computer-based systems
