Job Summary: As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to ensure their heating needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair various heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot heating issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks and safety inspections.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their heating requirements and provide expert recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Heating and Ventilation, Gas Safe registered).
* Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of heating systems and technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license.
