Working Pattern: 5 days a week working: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10.00am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday 8:30am to 5:00pm
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy, fast paced customer driven Community Contact Centre. You will be striving to deliver excellent customer service to members of the public, regardless of access channel, i.e. face to face, phone, email or web services to proactively resolve customer issues, dealing with enquiries involving all council services including Council Tax, Housing Benefits, Homelessness, Parking, Environmental Health, Waste and Recycling.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, experience of working with the public, prepared to have challenging conversations and enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and development you need to fulfil the role. You will be expected to work in our offices in Hastings Town Centre and occasionally work from home.
