Practice : It is an RCVS Tier 2 accredited, VNTP, two-site small animal group practice.
Facilities : They're kitted out with endoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-rays, full Idexx labs as well orthopaedic kit.
Role: They have a very exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to shape the future at Carmel Veterinary Centre. This role comes with a varied caseload, mentoring colleagues, enhancing, and setting clinical & professional objectives to achieve best practice in colleague, patient, and client care. Working in this first opinion practice, day to day you would undertake a clinical role including surgery and consultations and play a crucial role in steering the practice towards excellence and growth together with our senior leadership team. They offer a balanced split between clinical and managerial duties, and they actively encourage and support leadership and development certificates. Youll be split between both of their sites.
Hours : They are proud to say our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours truly tips the scale on your work life balance, A typical full time role would involve working 4 days per week, over 40 hours. Shifts are either 8:30am to 6:30pm or 9:00am to 7:00pm. 1:4 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 2:00pm. No OOH. Closed Bank Holidays and Sundays.
Applicant Requirements :
Salary : Up to £75,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance
