Production Supervisor Salary: £34,000 - £40,000
Location Morecombe
Production Supervisor Shifts: Monday Friday 7am 5pm
Production Supervisor Package:

Orion are partnered with a heavy industrial manufacturing business located in Morecombe, who are recruiting for A Confident and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.
Production Supervisor Required Experience:
* Knowledge and understanding of welding and fabrication processes
* Background in manufacturing ideally heavy industry
* Ability and confidence to galvanise a team to maximise productivity within a shop floor.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
* Ability to use a variety of tools & equipment.
* Ability to read and fully understand mechanical drawings.
* Experience working in welding and fabrication would be advantageous but not essential
* Ideally will have experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work confidently with cross departmental teams
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of up to 20 welders in the fabrication shop
