Key Responsibilities:Finance Administration:
* Manage pre-paid cards, track receipts, and maintain cash balances.
* Process purchase ledger invoices and set up pay runs.
* To undertake credit control, customer follow-ups, and problem resolution.
* Assist in preparing for annual audits.
* Set up salary and ad-hoc payments, keeping templates up to date.
* Match fuel receipts to invoices.
General Business Support:
* Provide reception services, manage the business support inbox, and handle incoming/outgoing post.
* Assist with document archiving, scanning, and shredding.
* Update telephone lists and resolve any telecom-related tickets.
* Provide administrative support for health & safety documentation, policies, and Ofsted compliance.
* Liaise with utility companies to secure the best contract prices.

* Proficiency in finance systems (knowledge of Xero is a plus).
