Job Title: Executive Director

Location: Wolverhampton (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £62,000 - £67,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Pension (Employer contribution 3%)
Our client is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead their organisation.
Job Purpose: As the Executive Director, you will provide effective leadership and management, embedding and sustaining recent changes and improvements. You will identify and recommend further enhancements to ensure the organisation remains financially sustainable, delivers exceptional value, and operates efficiently to support future growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Consolidate recent organisational changes and align them with long-term strategic objectives.
* Membership Engagement: Enhance the value proposition, optimise services, and improve communication to ensure sustained membership growth and retention.
* Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Financial Management: Maintain robust budgets and financial controls, and identify new revenue opportunities.
* Operational Efficiency: Lead and develop a high-performing team, and refine operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Proven experience in senior management roles with a track record of embedding change and delivering organisational improvements.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience managing governance processes and financial management.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
