Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Junior Network Support Engineer to join the EMEA Network Team within Computershare Technology Services. This position sits within our EMEA Network Support Team providing 2 nd and 3 rd line support across our Computershare Technology Customers and clients. Working to support all our CTS customers and clients, we will be looking for you to also enhance the customer experience through investigating and resolving system faults, enabling our customers to run their operations effectively. You will be responsible for the maintenance and health of our EMEA network equipment, providing advanced technical support for networking across multiple vendor products, including Cisco Nexus, Meraki, Fortinet, Citrix and Zscaler. Some other key responsibilities: Implementing policies and standards relating to Computershare’s Network environment, ensuring adherence to security procedures. Preparation of technical reports for management. Implementing authorised/approved firewall change requests. Involvement in proof of concept and deployment activities when project teams require SME resource. What will you bring to the role? You will demonstrate relevant experience as a Network Support Engineer working in an enterprise environment. Essential Skills/Technologies You will have strong understanding of Data Network infrastructure technologies including: Enterprise routing, switching and wireless products (OSPF, BGP, STP, 802.11X, VPN) Enterprise stateful inspection and application layer firewalls (Fortinet) Enterprise Network Monitoring and management Enterprise Systems Monitoring Meraki (Switches, Wireless WAP’s and MX Firewalls) Cisco Nexus N9 Switches Citrix Netscaler (Gateways and Load balancers) Desired Skills/Technologies Network automation (Cisco DCNM, Ansible & Python) Network Access Control Cloud Networking DDOS product (e.g. Akamai) Microsoft PKI infrastructure Rewards designed for you.
