Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join a supportive team at Arbury Court in Warrington to provide care and treatment for adult women in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and assisting with personal hygiene. What you will be doing:
You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with a range of Mental Health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
* No specific qualifications are required, but experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK is preferred. The employer is committed to inclusive and accessible recruitment, and candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
