This role is at the heart of client management and project delivery, requiring someone with a strong grasp of project management principles and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, and that we exceed expectations across every campaign. Reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Director, this role is a key position within the business. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth, with a focus on leading client accounts, overseeing multi-channel marketing strategies, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong, positive relationships by always representing the business in the best possible way. Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships, understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities. Proactively communicate with clients, scheduling regular reviews to update on performance and adjust strategies as needed. Project and Campaign Management: Plan, oversee, and manage marketing campaigns, using our toolkit process. Collaborate with internal teams to align resources, timelines, and deliverables for smooth execution and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Monitor project progress, addressing risks and troubleshooting issues proactively to keep campaigns on track. Strategy Development and Implementation: Implement campaigns using proven frameworks, crafting messaging to align with client objectives. Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and alignment with client goals and brand messaging. Apply a practical, data-driven approach to refine campaigns, enhancing performance and delivering measurable outcomes. Leverage established strategic toolkits as a foundation while encouraging innovative thinking within defined processes. Social Media and Content Collaboration: Support the development and management of client LinkedIn strategies, leveraging tools like Sales Navigator to build targeted outreach plans. Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging assets and promotion plans. Occasionally draft compelling social media copy tailored to target audiences. Reporting and Analysis: Provide clients with regular updates, including weekly status reports and quarterly performance analyses. Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation across all channels. Regularly report client status to the Marketing Operations Director, ensuring key issues are flagged promptly and addressed effectively. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development. Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure team alignment and project success. Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related role, ideally in a B2B marketing environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building client rapport and trust. A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans and measurable results. Good copywriting, editing and proofing skills. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social media analytics platforms is a plus. Knowledge of marketing principles, especially for professional services, is highly desirable.
