The successful candidate will: Be responsible for the safety and welfare of the pupils during lunchtime, both in the Dining Room and outside in the playground, (in the classroom in bad weather) Be involved in the organisation of play for the children to ensure they have a positive lunch time experience Have a commitment to working in teams and sharing good practice Be patient, organised, and creative Have a commitment to maintaining our positive ethos and values Be able to interact and communicate well with our learners Be able to demonstrate their own high standards and values Previous Applicants need not apply What external inspectors say about our school’s values and ethos: ‘The St Martin's school community values every child and adult for who they are.
