Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a leading drinks company based in Southampton. This is a full time, temp to perm opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking to customers via phone and email
- Filing and record keeping of documentation
- Supporting the team with a variety of duties
- Logging data on to the internal system
- Keeping customers updated when and as required
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven Administration experience
- Available immediately
- IT proficient
- Team Player
The Administrator role
- Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
- £12.00 per hour
- Fully office based with the option to work from home a few days
- Temporary ongoing position
