We are seeking a Senior People Analyst to join our Edinburgh team. This role is part of a function responsible for developing, delivering, and improving HR MI and insights to support decision-making at all levels, including executive.
You will be vital in supporting HR and business projects from a people data perspective and in delivering HR services across Aegon.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Producing robust, meaningful, and reportable people MI with analysis to enhance people and business performance.
2. Leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, aiming to enhance customer experience with the People Team.
4. Serving as the expert on relevant topics, providing analysis, insights, and support to your team manager.
5. Supporting and mentoring team members and deputising for the Team Manager as needed.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
* Python coding skills, including troubleshooting.
* Strong analysis skills with complex data sets.
* Effective stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to present insights clearly and identify issues within the business.
