We are seeking a passionate and organised HR Administrator to support our HRD department. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience. This role will involve assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, training and maintaining employee records.
The Role:
* Recruitment & Selection: supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
* Onboarding: communicating, checking, and following up on new starter information including compliance requirements, e.g. Right to Work checks and holding 1-week check-ins with new employees.
* Annual Leave: calculating holiday leave entitlement, adding approved leave to team and individual calendars.
* SharePoint: updating SharePoint with HR and Training information as part of our internal communication process.
* Training & Development: pricing and booking of training courses, ensuring any training cards and certificates are received and logged.
* Health & Well-Being: maintaining and updating employee membership with Private Medical Insurance provider.
* DBS Applications: submit, track, and communicate progress of applications.
* Records & Systems: organise, maintain, and update HR & Training records and systems, whilst handling sensitive data with confidentiality.
* Data Analysis: prepare statistics for HR and Training reporting.
* Policies & Procedures: assist in developing and updating Company policies and procedures.
* Any other duties to support the HRD team.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
* Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to apply logic in thinking through a process.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Team player with the ambition to learn, develop and support.
* Sound IT skills to include MS packages.
* Previous HR experience would be desirable.
* Full valid driving licence.
