The hospital receptionist role will provide efficient, effective, and high-quality administration reception support to health and social care professionals, service users, and members of the public.

There is one part-time role at 18.5 hours with the scope of overtime across two receptions both based at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

Are you an administrator looking for a new role within a fast-paced and multi-disciplined team?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated receptionist to join our dynamic admin team working at Lynfield Mount Hospital.
The successful applicant will support the hospital reception team dealing with enquiries from patients, service users, families, and clinical staff. This role will involve taking responsibility for the service reception while providing vital support to a variety of teams. Applicants should be courteous, proactive, and not afraid of a fast-paced working environment.
The role would be ideal for those with experience of patient and service user contact, an excellent telephone manner, and a strong administration focus. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right person.
Shift pattern will include working shifts. These will be morning and evening shifts, between 6:30 AM - 10 PM including Saturdays and Sundays.
Example of shift pattern: 3 PM - 10 PM Thursday and Friday. 6:30 AM - 10 AM & 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Saturday and Sundays. These hours are dependent on service needs.
