*Key Responsibilities:*
* Leading and managing *audit engagements* for a portfolio of not-for-profit clients
* Overseeing *audit planning, fieldwork, and completion*, providing guidance to the team
* Developing *strong client relationships* and providing advisory support where needed
* Reviewing *audit files* and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
* Mentoring and supporting *junior team members*, fostering their professional development
*Skills & Experience:*
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience *managing audits within a professional services firm*
* Strong knowledge of *charity and not-for-profit accounting principles*
* Excellent *communication and leadership* skills
* Previous experience working within a *UK Practice environment*
