Location: Bradford – This role is mainly based from home but there will be some occasional travel to head office in Bradford circa twice a month.

Job Overview:
As an HRIS Analyst, you will monitor system performance and manage issues to resolution, lead on system maintenance activities, and resolve day-to-day system queries raised by customers and colleagues. This is a key role that ensures the smooth running of the system and effective HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Manage system performance issues.
* Identify processes that need improvement, outline appropriate solutions, and manage implementation end to end.
* Manage Docusign.
* Hold responsibility for project support to HRIS Change to implement system changes/new solutions, followed by managing changes into business as usual.
* Manage system maintenance during system upgrades and patches. Collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results.
* Manage middleware performance and changes.
* Create the appropriate user documentation and procedures to support new implementations and changes, also assist in training on the updated functionality.
* Lead on annual maintenance activities, i.e., system patching.
What You’ll Need to Do the Role:
* Experience using SAP HCM.
* A track record of managing multiple downstream systems, interfaces, and annual upgrade/patching activities.
* Knowledge of implementing change/new solutions to support the employee life cycle.
* Experience with people data (HR & payroll).
* HR legislation knowledge.
* Good working knowledge of Excel.
* Ideally, you will be working as an HRIS Analyst or similar within an HR Shared Service environment with an understanding of organization and people data (HR & Payroll).
Salary: £45k - 57k per year + Excellent benefits.
