As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices and be willing to travel to various Homes.
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be:
* Supporting a team of care staff across multiple locations to deliver exceptional care
* Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
* Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
* Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
* Responsible for making decisions and having the autonomy to do things the right way
* Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
* Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
To succeed you will be:
* A Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff

Barrington Lodge, Bishop Auckland
Barrington Lodge Care Home is found in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, in a central location close to local amenities.
The team there help enable people of all abilities to live their lives as fully and independently as possible, supported by a friendly care team.
Barrington Lodge has two units - one which cares for people living with dementia and another which supports people with physical disabilities. Residents can stay here on a permanent basis or just for short-term respite visits.
