Attendance Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative and pastoral support, working closely with the Attendance Manager to improve student attendance and punctuality. Additionally, you will handle routine administrative tasks.
Key Qualities and Responsibilities:
1. Enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized, and reliable.
2. Collaborate with the Attendance Manager to achieve attendance targets.
3. Proactively support students and families to enhance achievement.
4. Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficient in administration, organization, and ICT skills.
6. Ability to handle diverse, demanding workload under pressure and meet deadlines.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
