Job Title: Client Director
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £80,000 + Bonus
The Company
An award-winning London-based marketing agency, this company has built a strong reputation over the past decade. Working with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, the agency delivers innovative omnichannel marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels.
With ambitious growth plans to double in size by 2028, they are now seeking a Client Director to play a pivotal role in leading key client accounts and driving business growth to influence the ambitious growth plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead and develop client relationships, ensuring long-term success and commercial growth.
* Oversee and manage three of the agency’s biggest clients while having visibility across the full client portfolio.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital (70%) and offline (30%) channels.
* Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, ensuring an integrated approach to digital and offline marketing.
* Manage and mentor a team of six within the activation team, alongside indirect leadership of three planners.
* Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the agency’s wider commercial strategy.
* Work from the London office four days a week (with flexibility to work from home on Mondays or Fridays), with occasional client site visits.
Skills & Experience
* At least 6 years of agency experience
* At least 2 years managing a team.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing within the UK market.
* Experience across both Paid Media and Offline channels.
* Commercially minded, with a track record of growing client accounts and driving revenue.
* Experience working with local markets (not just global).
* Proven ability to lead and develop both junior and senior team members.
* Knowledge of planning tools such as TGI (desired)
