Being the go-to person for our team, you’ll be super organised and assisting with a variety of tasks, from supporting reception duties to finance, invoices and payments as well as responding to email/phone calls.

Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own! Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Responsibility
* Effectively handle any sales enquiries in the absence of a sales co-ordinator ensuring all accurate information is recorded and delivered in a timely manner.
* To liaise with event bookers as required, delegates and guests, with a clear focus on customer service.
* To cover reception as required.
* To take event related payments as necessary, and support with payment reconciliation and debt management.
* Communicate thoroughly and efficiently with all departments on site, both NUFC and Sodexo.
* Handle, collate and take payment for internal bookings as well as bookings for any other special event as and when required to do so.
* Assist in the creation and communication of mailing marketing campaigns to prospective customers.
* Seize every opportunity to sell or upsell all facilities and catering always offering alternatives solutions where we cannot provide specific requirements requested.
* Creation functions sheets as necessary using Priava events management system, ensuring information is communicated thereafter will all relevant departments.
* Complete any and all administration duties as and when required.
* Ensure all necessary filing is kept up to date.
* To ensure any sensitive information is stored securely, and in line with GDPR.
* Attend all necessary team meetings, training sessions and one-to-ones as directed.
* Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands, to further develop own skills or in line with any reasonable request.
* To complete any reasonable request.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
* Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Polite and professional telephone manner.
* Previous experience in administration.
* Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure.
* Adaptable to change and flexible in approach to work.
* Previous experience in a customer facing role.
