Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity to work with the growing Corporate Lettings team. The role will be to provide support to the operations team supporting daily tasks and dealing with onboarding/offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Corporate – Head of Operations
* Manage the onboarding of new client portfolios – which includes inputting and checking data, liaising with the previous managing agent to chase relevant information, and scanning in documentation.
* Providing support to the Client Success Managers once an onboard is complete.
* Liaise with the client to ensure all portfolio paperwork is correct
* Closely monitor the property portfolio statuses, working closely with the Client Success Managers.
* Compile and evaluate monthly reports.
* Conducting various audits and reporting findings to the Corporate – Head of Operations
* Maintaining and creating spreadsheets where necessary.
* Carrying out general administrative duties.
* Use Smartsheet for project management tasks.
* Liaise with support services, such as database support, Process and Implementation and IT to ensure the correct and most robust processes are being provided to the corporate team.
* Work with the business analyst to provide up-to-date information for bespoke reporting both internally and externally, as required.
What Are We Looking For:
* This role requires current experience with Onboarding/Offboarding Portfolio Clients
* This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems.
* Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
* The successful candidate would benefit from a Lettings background, but this is not essential.
* IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.
* Must have the ability to work from both home and Office in Reading.
