Our client, a successful and growing tech business in North Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to develop and manage their team of 8 Internal Account Managers.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
* Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Skills
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to develop training programmes that enhance team performance.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools effectively.
* A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Basic salary of up to £37,000 (negotiable based on experience) + commission scheme worth £5,000-£10,000 annually.
