PMO Demand & Capacity Support Analyst
Chiswick, London – Hybrid (onsite 2-3 days a week)
About the role
As the PMO Demand & Capacity Support Analyst you will coordinate and administer processes and information across projects, programmes and portfolios, focusing on the needs surrounding Demand & Capacity. You will ensure that information is managed in accordance with BSI standards and processes for project, programme and portfolio governance and financial control.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders regarding processes and standards.
2. Execute transactional processes, such as resourcing and financial administration.
3. Coordinate events, help manage the IT PMO diary and governance meetings.
4. Contribute to and support the IT PMO Analyst with development, implementation and embedding of PMO services in line with best practice.
5. Support with capturing actions, decisions and chasing updates as appropriate.
6. Support best practice in identifying overdue tasks, requesting updates to risks and issues and ensuring they are recorded, tracked and monitored.
7. Contribute to Portfolio level reporting and governance.
8. Interface with wider PMO team members to ensure effective communication, informed decisions and aligned activities.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
9. Previous experience working within a PMO, focusing on Demand & Capacity.
10. High level of data analysis and manipulation experience.
11. Experience with Power BI, Tableau etc.
12. Understanding of basic BA principles.
13. Experience supporting multiple project, programme or portfolio teams.
14. Great stakeholder engagement and management experience.
15. Brilliant verbal and written communication skills and a high level of organisational skills.
16. Strong skills using the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc).
