Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire students. Assess and monitor student progress to ensure strong outcomes. Contribute to curriculum development and innovation within the Maths Department. Take on additional leadership responsibilities as part of the TLR role. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Mathematics or a related subject. PGCE or QTS. Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a Secondary School. Previous leadership experience is desirable, but candidates seeking to progress into leadership are encouraged to apply.
