We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Development Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales within print management. You will be responsible for identifying, capturing, and maximising new business opportunities across the UK and internationally, focusing on retail, print, mail, and POS solutions. You will also have experience in, or the appetite to learn, creative, data, and digital marketing services.
Your ability to sell solutions and consult with clients on best practices for print and marketing procurement will be key to your success in this role.
You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of customers, working closely with our marketing team to generate leads, attend industry events, and deliver compelling sales pitches. You will also oversee contract negotiations and onboard new clients, ensuring smooth transitions to our customer service and supply chain teams.
This role requires frequent travel to meet clients, attend events, and present solutions. When not visiting clients, you can work from home or from our Barnsley or Bicester offices. Our core working hours are 08:30 am to 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch. Flexible working options may be available. The package for this role includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission from day one, company car (on passing of probation) and entry to the company profit share scheme after 2 years.
Main Responsibilities
* Responsible for developing and managing your own sales pipeline
* Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date
Customer Onboarding
* Relationship Management and handover to our Customer Services team
* Work with the Customer Services team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Work with the Procurement team to identify suitable supply chain partners for your customers
* Provide detailed project handovers to the Customer Services team
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and contract work from your portfolio of customers
* Onboard new customers to Webmart’s technology suite
* Consult with customers on maximising their ROI on their marketing campaigns
Required
* Experience selling print and mail services
* Experience consulting on how to optimise marketing campaigns & sell solutions
* Able to deal with senior stakeholders

* Experience securing tender opportunities
* Experience with contractual sales
* Experience with sales across the broader marketing mix (including digital, data and creative)
