Are you a Tenant Liaison Officer looking for a new challenge? We have a position available with a Social Housing Contractor who focuses on quality of service and customer care and has great staff retention rates.
My client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor, known for its excellent reputation and strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a permanent basis to work on planned maintenance schemes for tenanted Social Housing properties in the Bradford area.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking appointments and managing your own diary.
Duties include:
* Pre-entry visits and company inductions
* Collecting tenancy agreement/approval forms
* Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
* Acting as the main point of contact and dealing with any problems/queries that tenants may have
* Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
* Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
* Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
* Monitoring customer complaints and resolving any potential issues
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong and stable career within face-to-face customer service, ideally within the Housing or Construction sectors.
You must also have a full driving licence, as a van is provided along with the basic salary.
